Report Rights
This module is the security layer for the Reports section. It ensures that data privacy is maintained by allowing an Administrator to control exactly which reports are visible to which department.
Departmental Access Control for Reports
- 1: The system must provide dropdowns to select a specific Company and Department.
- 2: Upon selection, a comprehensive list of all system reports must be displayed.
- 3: Each report must have a checkbox to toggle access (Checked = Access Granted, Unchecked = Access Denied).
- 4: A Select All feature must be available for quick configuration.
- 5: Permissions must be saved and applied instantly to all users in that department after clicking the Save button.
